If you are planning a wall removal, chimney removal, extension, beam installation, or require a structural inspection, this voucher can be used towards one eligible service option (subject to the Terms & Conditions below).
RZA Structures Ltd is a structural engineering consultancy based in Colchester. As a structural engineer Colchester, we provide inspections, structural design and calculations for homeowners and professional clients across Colchester and surrounding areas.

Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is run by RZA Structures Ltd, North Colchester Business Centre, 340 The Crescent, Colchester, Essex, CO4 9AD.
2. Eligibility
- Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- Employees, associates, or immediate family members of RZA Structures Ltd are excluded.
3. Entry Period
- Entries open on Sunday 22 February 2026.
- Entries close on Monday 27 April 2026 at 23:59.
4. How to Enter
This promotion is open to new followers only.
To enter, participants must:
- Begin following RZA Structures Ltd on at least one of the following platforms during the entry period:
- Leave a comment on the original competition post on the same platform used to follow RZA Structures Ltd (Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn), stating which of the eligible services they would choose.
Only followers gained, and comments made, between 22 February 2026 and 27 April 2026 will be eligible.
No purchase is necessary.
Only one entry per person will be counted.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants on 1 May 2026.
The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform used to enter.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.
If no response is received within 7 days, RZA Structures Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entrants.
6. The Prize
One winner will receive a £500 structural engineering services voucher, provided by RZA Structures Ltd.
The voucher must be redeemed by 30 June 2026. If the voucher is not redeemed by this date, it will expire and no alternative prize, extension, or cash equivalent will be offered.
The voucher must be applied in full to one of the eligible service options listed below and cannot be divided across multiple services. The voucher will be deemed fully used against the selected service, and no remaining balance, credit, refund, or cash alternative will be provided if the total fee is less than £500.
If the fee for the selected service exceeds £500, any additional time or services required will be charged at RZA Structures Ltd’s prevailing standard hourly rates.
The voucher may be used toward one of the following services only for a single private residential dwelling located within 20 miles of North Colchester Business Centre, 340 The Crescent, Colchester, Essex, CO4 9AD, with distance measured using Google Maps:
- Pre-purchase or general structural inspection (up to 5 bedrooms), including written report
- Assessment of whether an internal wall is loadbearing, including site inspection and written report
- Structural design package for chimney removal, including site inspection
- Structural design package for a single storey extension, including site inspection
- Structural design package for a structural steel or timber beam, including associated supports
For the purposes of this promotion, a structural design package includes structural calculations and drawings, with sufficient detail to clearly convey the design intent and suitable for submission to Building Control.
7. Conditions of Use
- The voucher is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- The voucher covers professional fees only.
- It excludes Building Control fees, planning fees, third-party reports, intrusive investigations, temporary works design, contractor costs, and site supervision.
- Standard Conditions of Engagement will apply prior to commencement of services.
- Services are subject to site suitability and professional assessment.
- RZA Structures Ltd reserves the right to decline to provide services where works fall outside normal professional scope or present unreasonable risk.
8. General
This promotion is intended to proceed as advertised. However, if participation levels are significantly lower than anticipated, RZA Structures Ltd reserves the right to extend the entry period or withdraw the promotion. Any such decision will be communicated transparently via the same platforms on which the promotion was advertised.
RZA Structures Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
